The following terminology applies to this Shipping Policy, Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Refund and Return Policy "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to You, the person accessing this Website and accepting the Company's terms and conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", and "Us" refers to One Happy Fox (Pty) Ltd trading as JAZZSTORE79. "Party" or "Parties", " refers to both the Client and Ourselves, or either the Client or Ourselves, as the context may indicate. "Website" refers to www.jazzstore79.com. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable.
1. Delivery Location
Items offered on www.jazzstore79.com are only available for delivery to addresses in the Republic of South Africa. Any shipments outside of the Republic of South Africa are not available at this time.
2. Delivery Time
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of Your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, We make every effort to fulfil Your order within 7 business days of the date of Your order. Pre-orders will be shipped once We receive stock from our overseas suppliers. Business day means Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Please note We do not ship on weekends & public holidays.
Date of delivery may vary due to courier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.
4. Delivery Instructions
The Client is required to provide specific delivery instructions, such as their address for delivery as well as any special instructions pertaining to delivery, if applicable, to One Happy Fox (Pty) Ltd trading as JAZZSTORE79.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process.
1) Flat rate of R125 is charged for shipping in the Republic of South Africa
2) Free shipping for all total checkout cart values greater than R 2000 in the Republic of South Africa
3) If In stock and preorder items are ordered together, all items will be shipped once all preorder items have arrived in stock.
6. Damaged Items in Transport
If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, kindly contact us immediately at support@jazzstore79.com.
Great care is taken in packaging all products. Products are double wrapped in bubble wrap with or without a soft or hard pop protector (depending on whether such protectors have been purchased with the product). Various forms of filler are used to fill the gaps within the cardboard box. The cardboard box is taped and well-sealed.
8. Bob go
All courier bookings are facilitated through the Bobgo courier booking platform. Bob go terms of service are found at bobgo.co.za.
