REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
Disclaimer
The following terminology applies to this Refund and Return Policy, Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy : "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company's terms and conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We" and "Us" refers to One Happy Fox (Pty) Ltd trading as JAZZSTORE79. "Party" or "Parties" refers to both the Client and Ourselves, or either the Client or Ourselves, as the context may indicate. "Website" refers to www.jazzstore79.com. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable .
We accept returns of any products within 5 business days of delivery , provided that the products have not been partially or entirely disassembled, physically altered, permanently installed, affixed, attached, joined or added to, blended or combined with, or embedded within, other products. To the extent that any products are purchased are customised or personalised at the instance of the Client, such products may only be exchanged or returned if they do not comply with the provisions of sections 55 and 56 of the Consumer Protection Act No. 68 of 2008 or if the products do not reasonably conform to the material specifications of the order.
2. Refunds
A product will be deemed eligible for a refund if the product sold is defective, damaged, non-functional or does not correspond to that which the Client would reasonably have been entitled to expect based on the description of the product on the Website. One Happy Fox (Pty) Ltd trading as JAZZSTORE79 is to be informed within 24 hrs of the product’s arrival via email support@jazzstore79 that the product is either defective, damaged or non-functional. Photographic images are to be provided demonstrating the defect, damage or non-functionality of the product.
All refunds will be in the form of a voucher that may be used on www.jazzstore79.com or the refund will be issued to the original payment account within 7 business days of your request.
Your request will be processed within 7 business days after we receive your request.
Note: The original shipping fees and guarantees are non-refundable.
3. Pre-orders
Cancellation of a preorder is non-refundable, unless cancellation is made 30 days before expected shipment to the customer.
